Soma was born from personal experience. Like so many people, we know what it feels like to carry tension in your body day after day — the aching back, the tight shoulders, the restless nights that leave you exhausted before the day has even begun. We tried everything. Appointments, medication, stretching routines. Some things helped a little. Nothing helped enough.
That's when we discovered acupressure. The results were almost immediate — muscles we didn't even realise were tight began to release, sleep improved, and for the first time in a long time, we woke up actually feeling rested. We knew we had to share it.
