Return & Refund Policy
At SOMA, your satisfaction is everything. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Any items that have been opened or used outside of their original packaging will not be eligible for a return.
How to start a return
To begin a return, simply contact us at somacompany.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as we may not be able to process your return.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as SOMA cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at somacompany.uk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Items returned after the 30 day window
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
